Welcome to Survivors' Network

The effects of sexual abuse in childhood can be profound and long lasting. Survivors' Network is a charity that was set up by female survivors for female survivors of sexual abuse in childhood. Our services provide support, listening, information, connections and space for women to use.

Many survivors have never disclosed that they were abused in childhood. A healing journey starts with a small step - maybe a phone call to our HelpLine, perhaps initially not saying anything...

But one step leads to another, perhaps talking to a HelpLine worker, accessing information, finding out about other local services and resources, or coming to our DropIn to meet other survivors, to network, to find support and of course to have tea and biscuits.

Our facilitated support groups are a powerful tool, bringing together a closed group of women survivors weekly for ten weeks, to explore issues, talk freely with acceptance, share experiences and continue healing together.
