It is really important to us that we offer all survivors the most effective services in the most suitable ways. The best way for us to find out if we are doing this and how we can improve is by asking for feedback from survivors, both those who have used our services already and those who have not. If you have any thoughts you would like to pass on to us about any of the work that we do, you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also complete our anonymous survey, either online here, or by downloading this sheet and posting it back to us. Or just ask any staff member or volunteer and we will get one to you.
If you have used our helpline or drop-in we would really welcome your feedback to help us understand the difference that this part of our work makes, and to see if there are ways in which we could improve the support we offer.
The links below will take you to a short (2-3 minutes) survey but do also feel free to contact us using our main email address email@example.com or telephone number 01273 203380. If you would like to make any comments or suggestions about any of our services you can also use the Comments section in these surveys
Many thanks - your comments can help us improve
